We would like every one of our customers to be happy with their purchase. Therefore, we handle every return on a case-by-case basis.
COFFEE & TEA
We do not accept returns on coffee and tea due to their perishable nature; however, we want you to be satisfied with your coffee selection. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of your order date for a replacement bag.
MERCHANDISE AND GEAR
For all returns and exchanges, please contact us within 14 days of your order. All returned merchandise must be unused with all packaging and contents intact.
MISSING / DAMAGED ITEMS
Contact us as soon as you know your shipment is missing. We’ll have a replacement on its way to you immediately.
For damaged shipments, let us know within 7 days. We will gladly send a replacement. Please include a photo of the damaged item & box.
All requests for cancellations, change of address, or any deviation from a regular order must be made no later than 48 hours before the subscription order is to be processed.
